Over 25 Games Like RAID: Shadow Legends in 2022-2023: Large List of GACHA / IDLE RPGs

Games Like RAID: Shadow Legends

There are many games similar to RAID: Shadow Legends, but not many of them really deserve attention. I’ve included all of the playable GACHA/IDLE RPGs in this collection, where players can collect different champions, farm dungeons for artifacts, fight in PVP Arenas, and so on.

To be honest, I don’t like most of these games at all. But they are so frequently mentioned on Reddit that I just couldn’t help but include them in the list. Let me show you what came out.

⭐ The Best of The Best (Subjective Opinion)

To save some of your time, I’ve allowed myself to divide the collection into two parts. In this part, I’ve placed the best of the GACHA/IDLE RPGs, like RAID: Shadow Legends. Despite the fact I’ve played a few of these games, I still don’t have game experience in each of them. So, I hope you will forgive me if my words do not always coincide with reality.

Awaken: Chaos Era (January, 2022)

This game is one of the most popular, similar to RAID RPGs. As I saw, she has quite an active YouTube community. However, the graphics were the most noticeable advantage for me. I think you won’t deny that after RAID, we all want something special in a visual sense. Awaken: Chaos Era may become the new refuge for a tired raider.

Infinite Magicraid (September, 2022)

Infinite Magicraid almost completely copies our favorite RAID: Shadow Legends. I’ve played this game a little personally, and I can declare with a clear heart that you will feel deja vu there. In this game, the same interface, the same campaign, the same equipment, and even the champions’ stats are also the same. So if you’re tired of RAID, you can try this fresh clone.

Age of Magic (September, 2018)

Age of Magic was released back in 2018 but still maintains its popularity. The mechanics of this game are very similar to RAID mechanics. Despite this fact, I included this game in the “best” category due to its graphics. I very much liked the picture and the stylization, and I think you’ll like it too. Age of Magic has been downloaded over 5 million times on the Play Store since its release.

Exos Heroes (May, 2020)

To be honest, I don’t like anime at all. But in this game, the graphics quality is impressive, even for my taste. Exos Heroes is a popular game and has been downloaded over 1 million times since its release. The only problem is that the game is not available for all devices. Personally, I couldn’t play either from a smartphone or from an emulator. Maybe you’ll have better luck.

Summoners War: Sky Arena (June, 2014)

SW: Sky Arena is a very old game that was released back in 2014. In spite of this fact, the game is still popular. I didn’t play it personally because the graphics in SW is completely outdated, as I’ve seen. But I heard a lot about a fair balance in PVP. Apparently, this is the reason Summoners War is still popular.

15 More GACHA/IDLE RPGs Similar to RAID: Shadow Legends

This is the rest of what I was able to find. These games were published separately since they couldn’t impress me. If you have an opposite point of view about them, don’t get angry, please. Enjoy any game you like; I don’t mind at all 😃.

Juggernaut Wars (February, 2016)

Juggernaut Wars is an IDLE RPG. It isn’t turn-based, so all champions fight together. The game is also quite old because it was released back in 2016. For now, Juggernaut Wars has been downloaded by over 1 million users but still doesn’t have an active community on YouTube. Due to this, one can conclude that the game is second-rate.

Another Eden (March, 2020)

Another Eden is an IDLE anime RPG in 2D. This game is unusual for the genre since players can control the direction of party movement in raids, meaning you’ll have to look for enemies. At the point of writing this article, Another Eden has been downloaded over 1 million times. If you like anime, you might like this game too.

Eternal Evolution (November, 2022)

Eternal Evolution is a cool, fresh IDLE RPG. The graphics impressed me a lot, but the game itself has the same problem as some of the games mentioned above. It isn’t available for all devices or even all regions, so unfortunately, I couldn’t try to play it. If you found out something interesting about Eternal Evolution mechanics, you can write a comment below.

Mobile Legends: Adventure (May, 2019)

Mobile Legends: Adventure is a pretty, IDLE RPG in 2D. It was released in 2019 and has since been downloaded over 10 million times. The game differs by having an unusually high rating in the Play Store that was equal to 4.7 / 5 at the point of building this collection. Since I’m not an anime fan, I can’t say anything particular about this game, but based on my first impression, it is worth playing. Certainly, if the graphics doesn’t bother you.

Calibria: Crystal Guardians (July, 2022)

In the Play Store, the release date of this game is specified as July 8, 2022. But when I got acquainted with Calibria, I saw that it was released significantly earlier for other platforms. Anyway, the game has pretty graphics and turn-based gameplay, which make it similar to RAID: Shadow Legends. For my taste, it seems like a simple copy against the background of genre leaders, although it looks playable.

Legions of Chaos (presumably November, 2021)

Legions of Chaos is a 3D IDLE RPG for mobile devices. At first glance, it’s clear that developers didn’t particularly bother with the interface design. Many of us have already seen such interfaces in the worst browser games ever. On the other hand, the graphics in Legions of Chaos looks pretty nice. The game itself has all the specific attributes of an IDLE RPG: leveling heroes, different artifacts, unique skills, and so on. But since its release, the game has been downloaded only about 50 thousand times, and that’s alarming…

Magnum Quest (August, 2021)

Magnum Quest is one more 3D mobile IDLE RPG. Last year, I played it a little, and one needs to note that the game is fascinating. It isn’t turn-based, so the champions participate in fights simultaneously. There are different bosses, interesting builds, and so on. But I can’t say that Magnum Quest is a peer competitor of RAID, which has the most difficult mechanics of all the GACHA games, let alone IDLE RPGs. So, obviously, the game is good. But I’d lie if I said that I was impressed with…

Rage of Destiny (November, 2021)

Rage of Destiny is an IDLE mobile RPG in 3D. My first impression of this game was positive due to its graphics. There are different colorful characters in the game, as well as bosses for raids. At the point of writing this article, Rage of Destiny has been downloaded more than 1 million times on the Play Store and has a rating of 4.3/5. In terms of mechanics, the game, unfortunately, is pretty easy — significantly easier than RAID: Shadow Legends.

Lord of Heroes (September, 2020)

Since I have an allergy to anime, I don’t know what to tell you about this game. It probably looks good for fans of such stylization. As for my taste, Lord of Heroes seems a little simple, both in terms of the visuals and in terms of the mechanics. Anyway, the game has been downloaded over 5 million times since its release, and it seems it’s still popular.

Heroes of the Dark (September, 2021)

Heroes of the Dark is an unusual squad RPG about vampires. The game has a high rating in the Play Store and has been downloaded over 500 thousand times since its release. Despite the simplicity of in-game mechanics, Heroes of the Dark is attractive due to its neat graphics. You will find different champions there, as well as your personal mansion, which will expand along the walkthrough.

AFK Summoner: fantasy hero war (January, 2021)

AFK Summoner: fantasy hero war is one more IDLE RPG with a cartoonish graphics. It looks neat, but as you understand, I wasn’t enthusiastic about this game because it’s a little… childish, you know. After RAID, it looks like something for children aged 8-12 years old. Don’t get angry if you don’t agree with me. The game is still not popular, with only about 100,000 downloads on the Play Store, but it’s definitely playable if you enjoy games like THIS 🙄.

Trials of Heroes (May, 2018)

Trials of Heroes is a 2.5D IDLE RPG. There are more than 100 champions in the game that can be combined and developed. The graphics looks colorful, but I didn’t notice anything special in terms of mechanics. Although the game will definitely be nice as a time killer, I have some doubt that Trials of Heroes can compete with RAID on an equal footing. Anyway, this IDLE RPG has been downloaded over 1 million times and has a pretty high rating of 4.4 / 5.

Dungeon & Heroes (May, 2018)

Dungeon & Heroes is one more old turn-based squad RPG from 2018. The game is still playable, but its graphics is frankly outdated. If I didn’t know the release date of this game, I would think that it was something from the 2000s. At first glance, one can see that the mechanics in Dungeon & Heroes are far from RAID’s. Although there are also positive aspects. For example, the game has something like an “open world” where players can explore the map just like in the classic Heroes of Might and Magic.

KING`s RAID (September, 2017)

KING`s RAID is a 3D anime IDLE RPG from 2017. The game is still popular, with over 5 million downloads since its release on the Google Play Store. Fans of such stylization will undoubtedly enjoy it. As for me, I don’t like anime, so… In any case, in this game, you will find PVP arenas, a plot, and you can even decorate your champions with costumes. Whether it is worth playing KING`s RAID is up to you.

Idle Heroes (June, 2016)

Idle Heroes is an old 2D idle RPG. Since its release in 2016, the game has been downloaded over 10 million times from the Play Store. Despite its age, Idle Heroes still has a high rating and lots of active players. There, you will find a huge number of dungeons, guild wars, world arena fights, and so on. The game has all the attributes of a classic IDLE RPG, so if you’re a fan of the genre, you won’t get bored.

Other GACHA / IDLE RPG

Here, I’ve published games that were not included in the general collection above. Some of these games may not quite fit into the rich gacha / idle rpg genres, but my goal is to give you a handy list with a wide selection, so enjoy.

I hope you’ve found a game like RAID: Shadow Legends. If you didn’t, please remember that I don’t produce games. I only make selections and reviews. So if you know of some game that isn’t in this collection, you can write about it in the comments below. Don’t get angry, and have fun! Thanks for reading 😉.
