At the moment, there are 15 ways to obtain Starchrom in Once Human. This is important because Starchrom is essential for unlocking top-tier blueprints using the Wish Machine. You can earn more then 10k Starchrom every week, doing these activities.

Season Goals
Season Goals update every week, and the amount of Starchrom you get for completing them also increases. The tasks are quite simple, so you won’t have any trouble with them.
Go to Esc → Server Board → Season Goals.
Season Shop
During the 6th week of the season, you can buy 8 Starchrom Crates in the Season Shop.
Each crate contains 500 Starchrom, so you’ll get 4000 Starchrom by spending 390`000 Energy Links.
Territory Purification
For this, you need to build a Stardust Resonant Filter on your territory. Purification requires Eclipse Cortexes of various levels, which you can get by completing Dungeons, World Tasks, participating in encounters, and other activities.
Additionally, special Echo Stones spawn on the map throughout the day. While level 3 Eclipse Cortexes give you 100 Starchrom, Echo Stones will give more, up to 180 Starchrom. However, they can only be stored for 4 hours, and your PVP mode activates as soon as you pick them up into your inventory, so be careful. If you purify 40 Echo Stones in a week, you can earn 7200 Starchrom, which is quite a lot.
I also remind you that you can craft Eclipse Cortexes of 2nd and 3rd levels using Synthesis Workbench and Advanced Synthesis Workbench.
Battle Pass
You can also get several thousand Starchrom by leveling up your Battle Pass (go to F3 → Battle Pass). It is only available in the Normal version, and it’s completely free. You gain Battle Pass Experience for almost any in-game activity, so you probably won’t have any issues.
Warband Ranking
It’s especially important to be part of a strong Warband since the Warband Ranking will bring you a lot of Starchrom each week. The higher your Warband is on the leaderboard, the better the rewards. Our Warband, Mercenary, is currently in 3rd place.
Letters From the Developers
Another very simple way to get Starchrom is just to check your mail. The developers often send gifts as compensation for various in-game inconveniences. So if you haven’t checked your mail yet, there might be a few thousand free Starchrom waiting for you.
Surveys
Also, the developers often conduct surveys, for participating in which you can get 300 Starchrom. Completing such a survey takes no more than 10-15 minutes, and the reward will come to your in-game mail.
Community Rewards
Probably the easiest way to get 900 Starchrom is through Community Rewards (F3 → Regular Event → Community Rewards). You need to follow the official Once Human pages on social networks. However, even if you don’t use them, you can just click the Follow button and claim the rewards.
Link Your Discord Account
You’ll get another 500 Starchrom if you link your Discord account. However, just clicking the button won’t be enough. You need to actually have a Discord account and link it to your Once Human account.
Global Events
Don’t forget about the rewards for Global Events, which are available in the corresponding tab. This is not the most reliable way to earn Starchrom, but it’s worth mentioning.
Tasks
You should also check your Task list, because Starchrom can be a reward for completing some of them. This is one of the reasons why you should actively complete Tasks and progress through the storyline.
Journey Tasks
If you’re a beginner, you should focus on completing Journey Tasks. You’ll get 25 or 50 Starchrom for each fully completed block of Journey Tasks (J). It’s not much individually, but it totals 975 units of Starchrom, which is hardly unnecessary.
Stellar Planula Shop
Another 4000 Starchrom awaits you in the Stellar Planula Shop, which is available in any settlement. You can buy up to 8 Starchrom Crates during the season, and each crate contains 500 Starchrom. You can earn Stellar Planula for purchasing these Crates by completing World Tasks, and searching for Morphic Crates.
Redemption Shop
You can invite friends to Once Human and buy another 1000 Starchrom for 2000 Friendship Points. As far as I know, this Starchrom Crate can be bought only once per season.
Prime Wars & Stronghold Conquest
The last but not least important way to earn Starchrom that you should know about is Prime Wars and Stronghold Conquest. Stronghold Conquest is PVP battles between Warbands for territory control. Prime Wars are group battles with world bosses, which, as far as I know, are only available on PVE servers.
