SUPERVIVE: All Items Explained (How They Really Work)

There are 32 items in SUPERVIVE at the moment of publishing this guide, 24 of which have special effects. To determine how exactly these effects work, every item was tested separately. The stats were received from the practice mode, so they might be slightly different from what you see on the screenshots.

Tech Blade → Interweaver

SUPERVIVE item

+170 Ability Power
+17% Ability Haste

Item Effect: Abilities empower LMB to launch a seeker missile that deals 16 + 13.6 (0.1) damage.

How it works: After using any ability, your next LMB (simple) attack in the next 5 seconds will deal 16 + 13.6 (0.1) damage to the target. The multiplier in brackets (0.1) is unknown, but it is definitely not AP, Max HP, Max Mana, or Movespeed.

Tech Blade → Power User

SUPERVIVE item

+170 Ability Power
+17% Ability Haste

Item Effect: Reduces your power cooldowns by 10% + 10% for each vault your team has successfully hacked, up to 2 bonus stacks. At full stacks, your powers are soulbound (not clear yet).

How it works: The cooldown of your abilities will be immediately reduced by 10% after equipping this item. By opening 2 vaults, you can reduce cooldown further by 20% (10% + 10%), which will give you 30% cooldown reduction in total. Do not confuse this cooldown reduction with the “Ability Haste” stat.

Tech Blade → Amplifier

SUPERVIVE item

+170 Ability Power
+17% Ability Haste

Item Effect: Abilities refresh 5% faster, stacking max 10 until you cast a different ability.

How it works: In fact, there must be a mistake in the item description because to make this item work, you have to cast the same ability again and again. For example, if you use the same ability 5 times in a row, its next cooldown will be reduced by 25% (5% * 5), but this bonus will disappear once you use any different ability.

Bladed Helmet → Helm of Gigantism

SUPERVIVE item

+90 Ability Power
+256 Max Health
+36 Movespeed

Item Effect: Gain AP equal to 5% (15) of your BONUS Max Health.

How it works: Your Ability Power (AP) will increase by 5% of the Max Health bonus you gain from items. For example, when you equip Helm of Gigantism, you gain +256 Max Health, so the AP bonus will be equal to (256 / 100 * 5) 12 units. If you get a second item with extra Max Health, the AP bonus will increase.

Bladed Helmet → Greed

SUPERVIVE item

+90 Ability Power
+256 Max Health
+36 Movespeed

Item Effect: Consumes 4000 Gold to become Wealth and grant you secondary stats. Consumes 8000 more Gold to become Splendor, gaining more stats.

How it works: If you have this item equipped, it will consume Gold automatically once you have 4000 or 8000 on your account and change the title to “Wealth” or “Splendor” correspondingly.

Wealth” helmet (4000) will grant you:

  • +10 Movespeed,
  • +3% Omnivamp,
  • +40 Max Mana,
  • +0.5 Mana Regen/Sec,
  • +4% Ability Haste.

SUPERVIVE item

Splendor” helmet (8000) will grant you:

  • +20 Movespeed,
  • +6% Omnivamp,
  • +80 Max Mana,
  • +1 Mana Regen/Sec,
  • +7% Ability Haste.

SUPERVIVE item

Bladed Helmet → Perseverance

SUPERVIVE item

+90 Ability Power
+256 Max Health
+36 Movespeed

Item Effect: After 3s in combat, your next LMB on an enemy Hunter heals you for 2% Max HP, damages them for 2% Max HP, and adds 3 Permanent Max HP.

How it works: “3s in combat” is not a correct description. In fact, you gain 1 stack of “Building Combat” effect, which has a 1-sec cooldown and lasts 3 seconds. Once you reach 3 stacks, your next LMB (simple) attack on an enemy Hunter will heal you for 2% of your Max HP and increase your Max HP by 3 units permanently (unknown if there is a cap). According to the description, the item should also damage the enemy, but in practice, it doesn’t happen (most likely a bug). The effect of this item works only in PVP.

Mana Blade → Mindblade

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+105 Max Mana
+1.8 Mana Regen/Sec

Item Effect: Landing non-LMB abilities against Hunters grants Mindblade +10 Max Mana and restores 2x that amount. After 10 activations, transforms into Apotheosis, which grants AP equal to 8% of your bonus Max Mana.

How it works: After each successful application of non-LMB abilities against enemy Hunters, you gain 1 Mindblade stack, which increases the Mindblade Max Mana stat by 10 units. The maximum number of stacks is 10, so you can increase the Max Mana bonus of the item by 100 units in total. The item activation doesn’t have a cooldown. After reaching 10 stacks, the item will change its title to Apotheosis and give you an AP bonus equal to 8% of Max Mana. For example, if your Max Mana bonus is +205 units, the AP bonus will be (205 / 100 * 8) 16 units. You can increase the AP bonus further by using a second item with the Max Mana bonus.

Mana Blade → Rampage

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+105 Max Mana
+1.8 Mana Regen/Sec

Item Effect: Casting abilities or hitting basic attacks grants a stack of Rampage for 3s; at 10 stacks, gain 40 AP.

How it works: Each successful hit on an enemy target gives you a stack of Rampage, which lasts for 3 seconds. To keep stacks, you must successfully hit an enemy within 3 seconds since the last item activation. At 10 stacks, your AP will be increased by 40 units, but this effect only exists as long as there are 10 stacks of Rampage.

Mana Blade → Bubble Blade

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+105 Max Mana
+1.8 Mana Regen/Sec

Item Effect: Your heals apply a shield equal to 25% of the heal.

How it works: The shield will only be applied if health was restored. At full health, your healing attempts will not give you this shield.

Vampiric Blade → Swiftblade

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+10% Omnivamp (healing from damage dealt)

Item Effect: Moving and attacking build charges. At 100 charges, the next attack deals +20 damage, grants a decaying burst of 75 speed, and heals 60.

How it works: When your Hunter moves or successfully hits an enemy, you gain Swift Blade stacks. After reaching 100 stacks, the next attack’s damage will be increased by 20 units (not displayed separately, but increases the damage dealt) and heal you by 60 HP. You will also receive +75 Movespeed, but this bonus will decay in approximately 1 second.

Vampiric Blade → Last Stand

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+10% Omnivamp (healing from damage dealt)

Item Effect: Falling below 40% HP grants you 5% Omnivamp and 50% bonus healing from all sources.

How it works: The “50% bonus healing” is also applied to the Omnivamp effect itself. This means that when your HP is below 40%, the item will give you (15% * 1.5) 22.5% Omnivamp instead of 15%. The healing bonus will also work for consumables. For example, Vive Brew will restore (405 * 1.5) 608 HP instead of 405 if your HP is below 40% at the moment of usage.

Vampiric Blade → Overdrive

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+10% Omnivamp (healing from damage dealt)

Item Effect: +3% Omnivamp. At full health, your Omnivamp generates a shield equal to 100% of the amount overhealed.

How it works: You can receive the shield only from healing generated by the Omnivamp effect (dealing damage to enemies). Self-healing (e.g. Zeph) doesn’t give you this shield. Every time you gain Omnivamp healing, you gain 1 stack of Overdrive Shield. Despite the fact that stacks do not display correctly, they exist independently and cannot be renewed. Each separate stack exists for about 3 seconds, after which it disappears, reducing the amount of shield you have. Thus, the maximum amount of shield you can have is limited by your DPS.

Quickblade → Grace

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+36 Movespeed

Item Effect: Grants +50 Movespeed while you have full health.

How it works: Works according to the description.

Quickblade → Big Game Hunter

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+36 Movespeed

Item Effect: Gain 5 movement speed for each boss your team has killed, up to 15. Major bosses count for 3x. At 15 movement speed, gain AP equal to 25% of your bonus movement speed.

How it works: You can gain up to 15 Movement Speed bonus from this effect. Note that creep camp leaders are not “bosses.” Additionally, you receive AP equal to 25% of your BONUS movement speed, which means only the Movespeed stat from items. You will not gain this 25% from other sources (e.g., Hunter abilities).

Quickblade → Turbo Booster

SUPERVIVE item

+180 Ability Power
+36 Movespeed

Item Effect: After using a movement ability, gain 50 decaying movement speed for 2 seconds.

How it works: Works according to the description. Movement abilities are usually A2 (Left Shift), but the bonus also works for ultimate (A4) abilities, such as Bishop’s “Blast-Off!”.

Tech Helmet → Guardian’s Respite

SUPERVIVE item

+525 Max Health
+18% Ability Haste

Item Effect: Gain a 15% Max HP Shield. Regenerates out of combat after a delay.

How it works: Works according to the description. The delay is approximately 4-5 seconds.

Tech Helmet → Vive Infusor

SUPERVIVE item

+525 Max Health
+18% Ability Haste

Item Effect: Regenerate 50 HP/s out of combat. When you dash, heal for 3% Max HP instantly and 3% Max HP over time. 5s cooldown.

How it works: Works according to the description. Healing over time lasts for approximately 2 seconds. “Dash” means any movement abilities of hunters, including ultimate ones.

Tech Helmet → Soulbound

SUPERVIVE item

+525 Max Health
+18% Ability Haste

Item Effect: Tether to your closest ally, taking 25% of their damage for them.

How it works: Works according to the description.

Mana Helmet → Glacial Comet

SUPERVIVE item

+525 Max Health
+105 Max Mana
+1.8 Mana Regen/Sec

Item Effect: Your non-LMB ability hits also lob a projectile that deals 50 + 0 (unknown multiplier) damage and slows in an AoE. 10s cooldown.

How it works: When you successfully hit an enemy with the ability, a “projectile” falls under their feet, dealing damage on landing, and creating a small round area, which slows down enemies within it.

Mana Helmet → Scholar

SUPERVIVE item

+525 Max Health
+105 Max Mana
+1.8 Mana Regen/Sec

Item Effect: Every minute, gain an additional stack of +11.2 HP and +6 Mana. (Max 8 stacks)

How it works: Works according to the description. You can get up to +89 HP and +48 Mana in total.

Mana Helmet → Ambrush

SUPERVIVE item

+525 Max Health
+105 Max Mana
+1.8 Mana Regen/Sec

Item Effect: Deal 1.5x damage to armor, increased to 3x in brush and for 1s after leaving it. Periodically spawns brush when standing still.

How it works: What exactly “1.5x damage to armor” means isn’t clear, because in practical tests, damage dealt to an armored enemy was not increased. Spawns brush in approximately 2-3 seconds of standing still.

Boots → Chain Jump

SUPERVIVE item

+17 Movespeed

Item Effect: Your jump is now a 3-jump combo that increases height if you jump right as you land.

How it works: If you jump immediately as you land, the height of your jump will increase with each consecutive jump, up to 3 stacks.

Boots → Soul Drain

SUPERVIVE item

+17 Movespeed

Item Effect: Stomping or executing wisps heals you for 150 per second.

How it works: Works according to the description. “Wisp” is a thing into which a player turns when they are knocked down.

Boots → Meditation

SUPERVIVE item

+17 Movespeed

Item Effect: Meditate while standing still, gaining ramping mana regen for yourself and nearby stationary allies.

How it works: Works according to the description. Starts regenerating mana after approximately 1 second of standing still.
